By registering, logging in or using any part of the tng99 platform, you fully agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately upon completion of the account registration process.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. tng99 reserves the right to request verification documents such as a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport for identity verification purposes. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

A tng99 account is for the personal use of the account holder only. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, including any transactions made.

• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
• You must log out of your account when using a shared device.
• tng99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
• Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access must be reported to customer support within 24 hours.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or leased to any third party.

tng99 is not responsible for losses arising from a user's negligence in protecting their login credentials. However, we use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data on our end.

The tng99 platform accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All financial transactions are subject to the limits and conditions stated below.

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM30
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and be registered in the name of the account holder.
• tng99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving a withdrawal.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. If this is not possible, tng99 will contact the user to arrange a suitable alternative. Any taxes or service fees charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the user.

tng99 offers various bonuses to registered members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility rules. Participating in any promotion means you agree to the specific terms of that bonus.

Welcome Bonus: The first deposit is eligible for a bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM120 with an account balance of RM220. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount, meaning RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per account, household, IP address or device.
• The VIP programme offers weekly cashback of between 0.2% and 0.8% depending on membership tier.
• tng99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if misuse or a breach of terms is suspected.
• Bonuses will expire if not used within the time period set for each promotion.

VIP cashback values by tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8% per week. Tier progression depends on your wagering activity and membership loyalty.

All bets on the tng99 platform are subject to the specific rules for each game. The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error has occurred that can be verified by the tng99 team.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game, tng99 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet.
• The maximum and minimum bet limits for each game are determined by the respective game provider.
• Results from a certified random number generator (RNG) are final for slot and table games.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply.

tng99 maintains the integrity of the platform by strictly enforcing prohibitions on conduct that affects other users' experience or the fairness of the games. A breach of any of the following rules may result in immediate account termination.

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other methods to manipulate games.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system.
• Depositing funds via a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Abusing bonus programmes through hedging bets or techniques that go against the purpose of the promotion.
• Conducting transactions related to money laundering.
• Threatening, harassing or acting inappropriately towards staff or other users.

• tng99 is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of an account by a third party due to the user's negligence.
• tng99's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
